Abigail Furst is a Medical Assistant and Laboratory Support Specialist with seven years of healthcare experience. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she moved to Edmond, Oklahoma, for high school and later earned a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University. She is currently pursuing her BSRN at the University of Central Oklahoma, set to graduate in December 2025. Her career includes roles at OU Stephenson Cancer Center, Mercy Hospital-Memorial, Stillwater Medical Center, and Grand Lake Mental Health.
Abigail loves working with her coworkers, providers, and patients, and her passion for medicine comes from a desire to help others and improve public health. She is the only member of her family (one of 5 siblings) living in Oklahoma and has a 5-year-old pug named Digit. In her free time, Abigail enjoys reading, gardening, and traveling. Last summer, she started growing fruits and vegetables and is excited to continue her gardening journey this year!
