Karlee Pfaff, PA-C, is our Physician Assistant. Her hometown is Edmond, OK. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and completed PA school at the OU Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. With five years of experience in the medical field, Karlee has worked in family medicine and urgent care, where she has continually expanded her skills and knowledge. Her favorite part of her job is working alongside like-minded people, pushing herself to grow, and building meaningful relationships with patients to help improve their quality of life.
Karlee pursued a career in medicine because she wanted a job where she could interact with people daily, have variety in her work, and continually learn and grow. Becoming a PA gave her the flexibility to balance her passion for family and medicine. She met her husband, Tyler, at OSU, and they got married during the COVID pandemic in 2020. In 2023, they welcomed their daughter, Parker, and they also have a rescue dog named Molly, a 7-year-old German Shepherd/Border Collie mix.
In her free time, Karlee enjoys horseback riding, reading, and drinking coffee. An interesting fact about Karlee? She was born in Singapore and has lived in Indonesia, Oman, Dubai, and Canada before settling in Edmond in 2007!
